In the first two phases of creating health, reaching a healthy weight and weight maintenance, there are four main areas of focus. The habit of healthy nutrition, the habit of healthy movement, the habit of healthy sleep and de-stressing for better health. To achieve a healthy body mass index and to maintain it, these four keys are very important to success. Once these four keys are mastered there are other elements to achieve optimal and even ultimate health.
