Stress is a normal part of life and has very beneficial purposes. For example, if your brain senses a car coming on too fast, it signals your body to release a burst of hormones and helps you respond more quickly. The label "fight-or-flight" response describes that positive use of stress.
Unfortunately, for many, stress is always in the "on" position. Our bodies are not meant to continue in that mode indefinitely. Our bodies also react in negative ways when the stress continues. You can see it in your health, relationships and even your job.
At My Healthy Strides, we work to help you manage your stress levels. Sent Glo an email to learn more about managing stress in your life. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
