WHAT IS FRESH AIR FITNESS? There is nothing quite as restorative as being outside in the fresh air and sunshine. My purpose is to get you or your group outdoors, involved in fun and rewarding activities to not only to help you get a stronger, healthier, leaner body but better your mental outlook, lower your stress, improve your healing sleep and motivate you to eat well each day.
HOW WILL YOU BENEFIT? We live in a beautiful recreation area with so many ways to enjoy nature at its best. If you want to get out and enjoy it but are hesitant start or go out on your own I will connect you with fun, safe, non-extreme, outdoor activities that are so enjoyable you won't even notice you're getting stronger, slimmer and healthier until suddenly...you are there. Did I mention you can also meet some great new friends?
WHAT DO I HAVE TO OFFER YOU? I offer individual sessions or group activites that will strengthen your muscles, increase your cardiovascular health, improve your flexibility and burn calories all without running on a treadmill or lifting weights on a machine in a loud, sweaty, stuffy gym. This is all done through Nordic Fitness Walking or Hiking with specially designed walking poles combined with proper technique, trail biking or stand up paddle boarding and event a "Go Green Workout" right outside in the grass under the blue sky!
If desired, I also offer highly engaging themed indoor or outdoor fitness classes or cardio kickboxing type workout sessions incorporating muscle-group strengthening, stretching exercises and cardio workout.

(We only ride on greenways and quiet back roads/some off road biking)
Trail or back road riding is great exercise! Bring your own hybrid or moutain bike or reserve one through me. I can organize the location, transport the bikes, act as your guide and provide navigation and guidence for safety on the trail.
We will do upper body/core exercises before riding with stretching afterwards.
Please don't worry - everyone rides at their own pace. Private or small group sessions available.

Designed for the beginner as well as the seasoned fitness seeker. Year round weather permitting.
Themed workouts are fun and engaging (eg. Frisbee Fitness Golf; Geo-caching for Fitness Fun; Fitness Treasure Hunt; Yo Adrianne Workout; The Kickboxer Workout; Go Green Workout; and more!)
There is nothing more tranquil than stand up paddle boarding on the calm waters of the lake. A total body (upper body/core/arms) workout! You don't even notice how great a work out you are getting because you having so much fun! We will enjoy a nice shore line stretch out/leg workout then hit the boards. Instruction will include learning how to SUP and as your comfort level increases we will add more fitness activity. I provide boards, life-vest. You bring water bottle! Wear suit and shoes to get wet/dirty.
This is a seasonal activity during warm weather months (May-October).
Fresh Air Fitness will supply equipment: stand up paddleboards, paddles, life-vests; moutain bike-type bicycles; Exerstrider walking poles; outdoor exercise equipment. I am certified in Wilderness First Aide, CPR and have had life guard experience.

Exercise doesn’t have to hurt, be difficult or push you to extremes to be effective.
