Health and fitness has been an important aspect of Glo’s life since she was an athlete in high school. It wasn’t until later in life that she made it her profession. She trained for a number of years in martial arts, her choice of exercise, and became an instructor with a couple of degrees under her black belt. It was through this discipline of training that she decided to become certified as a personal trainer, then as a fitness therapist and a health coach with a leading health and weight loss company. She desires that everyone live in optimal health – to feel great and be the best they can be.

Glo’s Philosophy – “Health is a journey, not a destination.”

After 8 years of instructing and training in martial arts and as a personal trainer, Glo finds the most valuable thing she can do for a client is to teach them what they need to do to take care of their health. A personal trainer, classes or a gym may not always be available or financially feasible - so she has developed her programs around the idea of becoming a coach to be sure the client is educated and equipped to continue on their own so they stand a much better chance of maintaining their healthy lifestyle and fitness routine for life.   She believes it is her job to support them in the process of learning better habits, educate them so they know what to do and equip them with the right tools for success.   This is her mission as a coach.
