Success Stories

These are members of the Health Revolution!  They took control of their habits, their health and their lives by following their customized program and seeking out the guidence, help and support of their health coach.   They were seeking optimal health – not just temporary weight loss and became students of health by allowing their coach to equip them with the information and tools they needed to steer them away from a life time of obesity, disease and roller-coaster dieting.   The results were not only outward – but inward!

Many now live medication free, have discovered how free it feels to be healthy and are excited about new horizons ahead that often were unimaginable before when they were controlled by obeisty and poor health.

Meet Ron H. – 99 lbs in 6 months

Ron lived for 20 years on medication to control his diabetes.  He also had to take medication to control his high blood pressure.  After six months of following the program his health coach recommended for him he lost 99 pounds. He is now medication free because both of his conditions are controlled by his new healthy lifestyle.

Notice Ron looks as though he was “shrink wrapped.”  There is no hanging flesh, no sagging muscle and his BMI is in optimal health range. The program teaches you to feed your body in balance so that you retain muscle and lose fat while getting all the nutrition you need.

In his mid-50’s,   Ron is feeling great and looking great!

Meet Tina H. – 55 lbs in 6 months

Tina is a professional who struggled to lose weight.   She worked out consistantly at a fitness studio near her office and rode her bike for long distances on the weekend but her weight would not budge.   On her program and with guidence from her health coach she was able to lose 55 pounds in 6 months.  She is overjoyed with her wonderful results.

Tina is now living a life geared toward optimal health which involves healthy eating,  portion control, exercise and supplementation.

 

 

Meet Steve S. – 50 lbs in 2 months – (67 total)

Steve was a previous athlete who had just gotten very busy with his business and his health took a back seat.  He was ready for change and started his program, with the guidence of his health coach.  At first, Steve was exercising lightly a couple of days a week.  As his weight started going down and his energy started going up, he began to work out more aggresively and his health coach adjusted his program as the level of intensity and frequency of his work outs increased.   In just two months,  Steve’s body fat went from 34.1% down to 22.6%.   He continued on to lose 17 more pounds and his body fat came down to the level of an athlete!

Steve continues to live a lifestyle of optimal health and is joying being an athlete again.

July-2011 - Adam P.  - My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Glo Winters recently to get ourselves back into...let's say, pre-wedding shape.  We are both active people, but seemed to be loosing ground.  I was a bit skeptical about the simplicity of her program, but within about a month or so, I had lost 10 pounds, and my wife had lost the same.  I didn't starve, I didn't spend hours in the kitchen, and I didn't really work out (I did a little).   Glo's weekly encouragements, ideas for menus, and persistence are fantastic, and she has helped us develop some habits that will hopefully keep
