- Direct you to the tools (eating plans/exercise) you need to help you through the process
- Be there to guide, motive and help you stay accountable to your goals
- Cheer you on…or get you back in the game
This list can go on and on but you are getting the idea. Just think of an Olympic athlete trying to win all alone. Not going to happen! The coach helps take the raw materials of the athlete and turns him or her into an Olympic champion. A health & fitness coach will take you were you are and help you turn into an Optimal Champion…Optimal Health that is!
