A Coach  

Your coach will guide and instruct you in the fundamentals of health and will teach you how to have a thin healthy mind so you will have a thin healthy body.  Without the mind part – it’s just a diet – a temporary fix.  Your coach will also provide encouragement, guidence and support as you transform your habits, your body, your health and your life!  You and your coach have a panel of medical and health experts behind her/him to find the answer that is best for you.  (A coach can help you know what you don’t know that you don’t know which might be affecting your health!)        

A Strategy

To change your game, you need a playbook and a strategy that is proven and sound.  Dr. A’s Habits of Health is based on medical research and science as well as all the information you need to change your mind from obese and unhealthy to healthy and thin.            

This empowering home study course involves a lesson by lesson DVD, a resource manual and a workbook so you can learn, apply and even track your progress.  You will work at your own pace with your coach available for accountability, encouragement, and to answer questions you may have along the way.   By following this proven plan of eating, exercise and living, you can improve your health, you can improve your life.       

Education is a powerful thing!  Once you KNOW you can PRACTICE  and DO and finally WIN!        

The Right Equipment / Tools  

It would be hard to win if you don’t have the right game equipment and you can’t show up for practice.  We all lead very busy lives and our health usually takes a back seat.  Don’t worry!  Getting in the game of health has never been easier!  Whether you stay at home, work in a busy office or travel constantly for business you can take your tools with you and stick to your plan and your goals and your coach is just a call or e-mail away.            

To help you through the learning, losing (weight) and developing new habits  phase - an option you  can enjoy is medically formulated, portion controlled, meal replacements.  With the scientific formulation of these food products combined with fueling your body every 2.5 to 3 hours – your blood sugar will balance which causes many wonderful things to happen inside your body.  If you can open and eat very 3 hours – you will have more energy, more focus, feel better and….lose weight!  On average -Men: 5-7 lbs per week.  Women:  2-5 lbs per week.  There are over 70 wonderful meals, flavors and items – all bearing the same nutritional footprint.   You will use these products combined with real healthy food choices to help your body balance, heal and restore….and a great side effect is wonderful weight loss and a healthier you!

Our Healthy Path monthly team meetings are a fun way to celebrate your victories, get fresh ideas and answers, weigh-in (privately), sample products and learn more about your journey of health and wellness.
